This individual will operate at a journeyman level, handling complex HVAC systems across a critical environment while also taking on leadership responsibilities. The role involves not only hands-on technical work - such as installation, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance - but also mentoring technicians, assigning work orders, and ensuring all systems meet strict operational requirements.
