Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of SAP integration/development experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP PI/PO.
- Experience designing, developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting APIs, interfaces, IDocs, SOAP/REST services, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, high-level designs, WRICEF requirements, and effort estimates.
- Hands-on experience with coding, unit testing, code reviews, technical documentation, and production/support activities.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager for development tracking and documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with experience working independently in a global SAP environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of SAP business processes including Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and E-Invoicing.
- Experience supporting SAP transformation, migration, upgrade, or other large-scale integration initiatives.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Process Integration Specialist to support enterprise integration initiatives across SAP landscapes for a global organization. This consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and supporting integrations within SAP environments while partnering closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP PI/PO, with the ability to provide technical direction, perform solution reviews, estimate development efforts, and support project delivery from design through deployment. This individual will play a critical role in enabling integrations that support business processes across Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), E-Invoicing, and other enterprise functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP PI/PO.
- Partner with Functional Specialists and Design Owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable integration solutions.
- Provide high-level solution design, identify WRICEF requirements, and estimate development effort prior to ticket approval.
- Monitor and manage development tickets, including complexity assessment, work assignment, documentation, and status updates in ServiceNow.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to FMC development standards.
- Maintain technical and testing documentation within SAP Solution Manager and ServiceNow and support project stage-gate/design reviews.
- Support technical interviews, developer onboarding, knowledge sharing, and adoption of evolving SAP integration technologies.
