Job Description
The Acquisition Integration Lead is the primary technology point of contact for an assigned acquisition(s) and is accountable for bringing the overall technology integration together from early planning through transition and stabilization.
This role sits at the intersection of program, process, people, and technology. The Acquisition Integration Lead translates the needs of the acquisition(s) into a coordinated technology integration strategy, establishes the integration roadmap, connects the right GTech teams to the work, and drives alignment across infrastructure, enterprise applications, security, data, architecture, and other technology domains.
This is not simply a project management role. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in the grey, creating structure where the path is not fully defined, understanding dependencies across multiple technology areas, influencing teams they may not directly manage, and driving decisions when there are competing priorities or incomplete information.
The Acquisition Integration Lead acts as the quarterback between the acquisition and the broader GTech organization, ensuring the acquisition has one clear technology contact and that GTech teams have a coordinated view of the acquisition's priorities, requirements, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
