Project Manager / Senior Product Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Analyst / Project Manager to support a Fortune 100 insurance organization’s Personal Lines Auto team. This individual will help lead the implementation of Personal Auto pricing programs across assigned states, working closely with Product, State Management, Technology, and other business partners.

The Product Analyst will own and coordinate pricing program rollouts, gather and document product requirements, support state filing and regulatory activities, conduct research and analysis, and ensure projects remain on track through implementation.

This role is ideal for someone with Property & Casualty insurance experience who understands product and pricing environments and has experience managing cross-functional projects from requirements through delivery.

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a similar role Property & Casualty insurance experience Experience supporting insurance product, pricing, regulatory, or state filing initiatives Strong project management and cross-functional coordination experience Experience gathering and documenting business/product requirements Ability to independently manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business or project outcomes Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Personal Lines or Personal Auto insurance experience Experience implementing insurance pricing or rating programs State filing and regulatory compliance experience Experience working with State Management, Product, Technology, or Data Science teams Experience with Jira, Confluence, Jama, or similar tools Experience with Python or SAS Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation, analysis, project management, or process improvement
