Your new company Join an established federal contractor specializing in renovation and construction projects for government clients. With active work in Pennsylvania, they are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to support VA hospital renovation projects in Altoona and Lebanon.
Your new role As Superintendent, you will oversee the finishes and day-to-day field operations for VA hospital renovation projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and quality, and help keep work moving safely and efficiently on an active federal healthcare site. A working understanding of MEP systems is important, as you will need to coordinate finishes alongside mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Superintendent or construction field leadership experience
- Renovation and/or finishes experience
- Working knowledge of MEP construction and coordination
- OSHA 30 certification is required
- Ability to work on projects in Altoona and/or Lebanon, PA
- Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills
- Own laptop (no more than 4 years old), phone, and printer
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the job site
