Your new company HAYS is partnering with a highly respected National General Contractor operating throughout the DC and Northern Virginia markets, specializing in large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects. This firm is known for delivering complex, high-density residential developments and has built a strong reputation for quality, safety, and repeat developer clients. Your new role As a Senior Superintendent, you will lead all onsite construction activities for large, ground-up multifamily developments from preconstruction through final turnover. You will be responsible for overall site execution, managing multiple Superintendents and subcontractor teams, driving schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality across all phases of construction. You’ll work closely with Project Executives, Owners, and Consultants to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor or Developer
- Background delivering large scale base build multifamily projects ($60M+)
- OSHA30 & First Aid / CPR
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, and project teams
- Experience working on projects in the DC or Northern Virginia markets is highly preffered
