Your new role As Superintendent, you will provide overall field leadership for large-scale construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead subcontractors and field personnel, manage project schedules, conduct daily site inspections, coordinate inspections and documentation, oversee site safety, and maintain strong communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. This role requires an adaptive leader who can proactively solve problems, maintain project momentum, and drive successful project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects
- Experience leading field operations on mission critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management
- Ability to develop look-ahead schedules, manage project milestones, and maintain project progress
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client satisfaction and quality standards
