Our client, a leading South Florida General Contractor, is seeking a Superintendent with proven high-rise experience to oversee the field operations of large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential developments throughout Miami. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations from sitework through project completion
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
- Drive project schedules and maintain production milestones
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
- Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with building codes
- Oversee concrete structure, MEP installation, exterior envelope, interiors, and finishes
- Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Consultants
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and help develop future field leaders
Requirements
- 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Previous experience delivering high-rise or large-scale concrete construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and construction sequencing
- Experience managing multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of maintaining safety and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Florida construction experience preferred
