They manage large-scale multifamily and commercial projects throughout the DMV region, while their North Carolina office oversees work in Raleigh and is actively expanding into the Richmond, VA market.
Your new role They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and large-scale commercial projects across the DMV region, with the potential opportunity to travel to North Carolina for their projects. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Projects include industrial facilities, self-storage, multifamily developments, grocery stores, retail spaces, and automotive dealerships. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to operational excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up or major commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of industrial, retail, or multifamily sectors
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
- Commitment to upholding company values and fostering team collaboration
