Your new role As a Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day field operations of mission-critical and technology-focused construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, ensuring site safety, maintaining quality standards, and driving successful project delivery from start to finish. This role offers exposure to data center developments, critical facility upgrades, telecommunications infrastructure projects, complex renovations, and select ground-up construction assignments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Superintendent experience within commercial, mission-critical, industrial, or data center construction environments.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, site logistics, safety compliance, and subcontractor management.
- Experience working on technically complex projects such as data centers, critical facilities, telecommunications infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, or large-scale commercial developments is highly preferred.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving are valued.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and trade partners.
- OSHA certifications and a stable construction background are desired.
