GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Texas specialty concrete contractor. The company is adding a Structural Concrete Estimator - Large Projects to its team in Texas (regular travel to Brownwood, TX). This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: 5+ years of large structural concrete estimating experience and willingness to travel regularly to Central Texas.
Responsibilities
- Estimate structural foundations, elevated decks and tilt-up panels for large projects
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support value engineering and handoff to operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of large structural concrete estimating experience and willingness to travel regularly to Central Texas.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
