Tax Senior
Location: St. Cloud, MN (or Alexandria / Monticello / Brainerd, MN)
Overview
A national professional services firm is seeking a Tax Senior for its northern Minnesota offices (St. Cloud, with Alexandria, Monticello and Brainerd also listed). You will prepare, supervise and review a range of tax engagements and work with many great clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, supervise and review individual, C corporation, S corporation and partnership engagements
- Provide customized tax advisory services and research complex tax issues with the team
- Focus on engagement management and operational excellence
- Develop and train team members
- Expand technical knowledge through client interaction, self-study and training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Active CPA (or EA), or eligible to sit for the CPA exam with 150 credits
- 2+ years of experience as an associate in public accounting
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for public accounting
