Job Duties
Read basic prints and shop routing instructions
Read and understand the measurement values for reading .001 (1 mil) thicknesses on a paint meter
Prep and paint parts using powder paint equipment per print
Must have knowledge in powder paint applications and shop requirements
Clean and repair equipment properly
Properly hang or stack parts
Must be able to paint all components including technical customer products such as large tanks, frames, difficult paints, challenging parts and finishes, and highly technical requirements
Must be able to rework painted parts
Maintain paint equipment and paint recovery systems
Operate curing ovens
Control contamination
Keep coating supplied with product
Minimum Education Required
High School
Minimum Experience Required
1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred
