Job Duties

Read basic prints and shop routing instructions

Read and understand basic measurement values for a tape measure and caliper

Lift 75 pounds on an occasional basis and 35 pounds on a frequent basis

Grinding

Operate air grinder, DA sander, and hand deburring tools

Deburr and grind parts to print including mild steel, stainless, and aluminum

Paint

Prep and powder coat parts to print

Clean and operate equipment properly

Operate curing ovens

Control contamination

Wash

Properly hand or stack parts

Keep paint supplied with product

Complete chemical testing

Properly prep different metals

Assembly

Able to operate basic hand tools

Follow blueprints

Work fluently as a team with others

Palletize and pack parts

Hardware

Operate hardware machine

Minimum Education Required

High School

Minimum Experience Required

1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred
