We are seeking a motivated engineer who enjoys combining technical mine planning with hands-on operational support. In this role, you will help develop and execute mine plans, improve production efficiency and work closely with our mining contractor and technical teams to support safe, cost-effective operations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to an evolving copper mining operation with opportunities for professional growth. ## What you\'ll do {#what-youll-do d-component="title" d-size="lg" d-weight="semibold"} Develop and maintain short-term and mid-range mine plans, designs and production schedules while supporting long-term planning. Monitor mining performance against production targets, identify deviations and recommend improvements. Work closely with Mine Operations, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Survey, Metallurgy and mining contractors.
