Stacking Operator Assistant

Reporting to the Leaching Supervisor, this role assists with the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of stacking conveyors and mobile equipment in a rugged, outdoor environment.\ \ Key Responsibilities: - Assist with operation of stacking conveyors and mobile equipment. - Support heap leach pad construction and ore placement tasks. - Perform equipment inspections and assist with minor maintenance (belts, motors, hydraulics). - Identify and report any mechanical or safety issues. - Follow SOPs and site safety procedures at all times. - Maintain a clean and safe work area through daily housekeeping. - Support shutdowns, startups, and emergency stops under direction. - Work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
