The Machine Operator will be responsible for accurately measuring materials, operating saw equipment, and using hand grinders to prepare and finish products according to specifications. Responsibilities - Accurately measure materials using a metric measuring tape - Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently - Use a hand grinder to smooth, shape, or finish materials - Follow production specifications, measurements, and work instructions - Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements - Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned Required Qualifications - Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience - Read and understand measurements using a metric measuring tape - Comfortable operating power tools and machinery - Use a hand grinder safely - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks Schedule & Training - 1st Shift: Training provided on 1st shift - 3rd Shift: Training provided on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift - Starting Pay: $20.00--$22.00 per hour
