Job Summary
We are looking for dependable Wrap & Pack Associates to join our team. This position involves lifting and packing LM products into boxes while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Lift, pack, and prepare LM products for shipment
- Inspect items and ensure strong attention to detail with every product
- Wrap and secure products according to company guidelines
- Label and sort boxes for distribution
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily production expectations
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift 30--50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail --- accuracy is essential
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Reliable attendance and teamwork
- Willingness to train on 1st shift before transferring to 2nd shift (as needed)
