Pay: $18 - $20 Job description: Job Title: Wrap & Pack Associate Location: Hebron - 1st - 18 and 2nd shift $20 - - train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks $18 Job Summary We are looking for dependable Wrap & Pack Associates to join our team. This position involves lifting and packing LM products into boxes while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.Key Responsibilities - Lift, pack, and prepare LM products for shipment - Inspect items and ensure strong attention to detail with every product - Wrap and secure products according to company guidelines - Label and sort boxes for distribution - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Meet daily production expectations - Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed Requirements - Ability to lift 30--50 lbs regularly - Strong attention to detail --- accuracy is essential - Ability to stand for most of the shift - Reliable attendance and teamwork - Willingness to train on 1st shift before transferring to 2nd shift (as needed) Why This Role? - Full-time, steady Monday--Friday schedule - Pay increase available after completing training - Opportunity to gain warehouse experience and grow within the company - Supportive, team-oriented environment Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
