This role is responsible for performing a variety of skilled painting and finishing tasks on commercial construction projects, including surface preparation, priming, painting, staining, and application of protective coatings. Responsibilities also include finishing drywall surfaces, touch-ups, and ensuring a high-quality appearance of building interiors and exteriors in accordance with project specifications. EssentialFunctions: - Performpaintingofinteriorandexteriorsurfaces,includingpropersurfacepreparationandclean-up - Completedrywallfinishing,includingtaping,mudding,sanding,andtexturematching - Conductlaminatepatchingandrepairstoensureseamlessfinishes - Assistwithmetalframingasneededonjobsites - Executewoodfinishing,includingstaining,sealing,andtouch-ups - Maintaintoolsandequipmentingoodworkingcondition - Followallsafetyproceduresandcompanyguidelines Requirements: - Workingknowledgeofdrywallfinishing,paintingtechniques,andsurfacepreparation - Experiencewithlaminaterepairandwoodfinishingpreferred - Basicunderstandingofmetalframingisaplus - Strongattentiontodetailandcraftsmanship - MustbeabletocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglishforclientinteractions;additionallanguageskillsareaplus.
