PositionSummary: AsaSuperintendentatEbyConstruction,youwillberesponsibleforupholdingthecompanyshighstandardsforsafety,quality,productivity,andon-timeprojectcompletion.Thisrolerequiresstrongleadershipinplanningandexecution,withafocusondrivingefficiency,mentoringteams,andensuringworkisperformedtothehigheststandards.Superintendentsareaccountableformeetingcustomerexpectationswhilemaintainingintegrity,professionalism,andfair,respectfulinteractionswithemployeesandclientrepresentatives. EssentialFunctions: - Reliableandpunctualattendance - Plan,schedule,andcoordinateconstructionprojectactivitiestomeetdeadlines - Prepareandsubmitbudgetestimates,progressreports,orcosttrackingreports - Interpretandexplainplansandcontracttermstorepresentativesoftheownerordeveloper,includingadministrativestaff,workers,orclients - Directandsupervisecraftemployeesandsubcontractors - Investigatedamage,accidents,ordelaysatconstructionsitestoensurethatproperconstructionproceduresarebeingfollowed - Implementnewormodifiedplansinresponsetodelays,badweather,orconstructionsiteemergencies - Determinelaborrequirementsfordispatchingworkerstoconstructionsite(s) - Inspectorreviewprojectstomonitorcompliancewithbuildingandsafetycodesorotherregulations AdditionalRequirements: Followinganinterviewandjoboffer,candidatesmustpassapre-employmentphysicalanddrugscreenandprovideI-9documentation,whichwillbeprocessedthroughE-Verify.SomeEbyclientsmayalsorequirebackgroundchecksbeforeallowingworkersontheirprojects.
