Responsibilities:
- Maintain the bar area, including property readiness and an organized, well-stocked setup
- Order and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily event needs
- Provide friendly, accurate point-of-sale service; receive payments, make change as needed, verify charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- Promote and prepare drink selections, documenting orders for cocktails and other beverages while following standard ingredient recipes
- Present drinks with attention to detail and a consistent guest-first approach
