Full-Time Position Overview: - Identifies and follows up on potential contacts for prospective foster parents within the same day or if received after hours, on the next business day - Assists prospective foster and adoptive families in enrolling for DT classes - Conducts Deciding Together (DT) classes for prospective foster and adoptive families - Assists family with obtaining fingerprints and out of state checks if needed - Collects all required DT paperwork from prospective families - Completes DT Leaders Summary and Recommendations - Provides support to prospective foster families
