Consultis Search Group is partnering with a decades-strong North American staffing and consulting leader on a confidential search for a Senior Recruiter. Their client base is engineering and professional through and through anchored by one of the largest energy utilities in the country and the requirements are the kind recruiters dream about: real, funded, and built to close, with minimal competition.

What Youll Do
- Own a fast-moving desk alongside a team of seven recruiters covering 35+ active requirements every week
- Source, screen, qualify, and submit engineering and professional talent quickly and with quality (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Bullhorn, and more)
- Navigate MSP-driven requirements with speed, precision, and sharp judgment on fit
- Bring market insight on skill sets and talent availability to help requirements get filled
- Manage interview logistics end to end scheduling, confirmations, and communication
- Support consultants throughout their assignments with check-ins, coaching, and feedback
- Keep Bullhorn current with candidate activity, notes, and interview summaries
What You Bring
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering, utility, or technical (non-IT) skill sets
- MSP and/or high-volume contract staffing experience if you havent worked MSPs, youve recruited these skill sets
- A true hunters motor: youd rather submit three strong candidates today than polish one next week
- Energy from the candidate side of the desk this is a pure recruiting seat, not an account management or sales role
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Location anywhere on the East Coast (Eastern time zone hours)

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary $65,000$75,000 plus uncapped commission, with realistic first-year total compensation in the $95,000$100,000 range. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and weekly pay.
