Bug Busters is seeking a dependable, hard working Pest Control Technician in the Woodstock, GA areas and close areas, who will help us continue to provide exceptional service while growing our brand. To be a successful Universal Technician you must be motivated, energetic, and creative, with outstanding communication skills. Experienced and licensed a plus.
Pay: $15.99 to $20.00 BOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5pm- your compensation is intended to cover all hours worked in a work week
Pest Management Professional
Purpose: Sell and provide pest elimination services to homeowners and businesses.
Reports to: Branch Manager & Service Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Perform inspections for pests, pest harborages, and pest entry ways.
- Determine, recommend, and provide required pest management services.
- Inform customers on how to reduce pest pressures through proper sanitation, storage, and landscaping.
- Prepare written reports for customers, and explain services provided when possible.
- Operate and maintain service vehicle, and other service equipment per government, and company guidelines.
- Utilize, secure, and store products and materials in strict accordance with labels, and government and company guidelines.
- Explain and sell company services to new and existing customers. Document service activities as required, and complete and submit paperwork as directed.
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required, and participate in company training as directed.
- Ensure required equipment, products, and materials are on service vehicle to perform scheduled services.
- To carry out any additional tasks as requested by the direct manager for the success of its operation.
- Able to carry 15 to 50lbs – i.e, Ladder, Furnitures etc.
- Ensure to follow the Safety Driving protocol, i.e, to make sure that GPS Tracking is on and activated at all times.

· Experience: Minimum 2 to Maximum 5 years' work experience, with 3+ years in the same position
· Credentials: Valid Driver’s License
· Time Allocation: 75% of time doing production, 25% of time doing sales
· Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some overtime and Saturdays

Pest Control Technician Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess valid driver’s license for at least 5 years
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
- Previous experience in the pest control field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to complete and passed the required examination license
- Ability to pass drug screen and physical performance evaluation
