We're looking to expand our team to include a Web Applications QA Specialist guru who can make sure that all of our clients' websites reach a level of perfection that they can only dream of! Are you obsessed with attention to the tiniest details? If yes, keep reading. We feel a connection. As QA specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's sites are fully functional, responsive, free of grammar and spelling issues along with a multitude of in-depth checks. We will also need you to bust out some scripting to implement some automated checks and improve on someone else's janky script (unlimited tequila provided for the later).
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support all levels of testing: unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance/load, and automated
- Write and apply automated test suites to internally developed applications to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects
- Document and work to resolve all problems
- Report progress on problem resolution to management
- Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements
- Generate test data for applications
- Create user guides, technical documentation, screencasts and online demos as needed
