We are a nationwide network of addiction treatment centers providing evidence-based care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Through individualized treatment and a full continuum of care, we help clients build the skills, confidence, and foundation needed for lasting recovery and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
About the Role
As a Group Facilitator, you are responsible for leading structured, psycho-educational and process groups for clients enrolled in our substance use treatment program. Groups typically range from 3 to 20 clients, and you will bring organization, structure, and creativity to each session while following the group format and expectations our program has established. After each group you will document individualized notes in the electronic medical record system within 24 hours of service.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You will build positive relationships with clients, hold each participant accountable to group rules, and create a space where people at very different points in recovery can engage and learn from one another. Group facilitators work a flexible schedule built around our daily group calendar, which makes this a good fit for licensed clinicians, certified counselors, and clinical interns looking for meaningful part-time work.
