Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionThe Production Associate works in the production department that manufactures cleaning solutions for the HVAC industry. This role focuses on supporting the production line, handling bottles and finished goods, and ensuring products are safely packed and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Place empty bottles on the production line to ensure continuous operation.
- Move bottles from the production line to the capping machine in a safe and efficient manner.
- Remove bottles once they are filled and transfer them to the appropriate work area.
- Pack filled bottles into boxes, ensuring correct quantities and secure packaging.
- Transfer packed boxes to pallets and organize products on pallets for stability and safe transport.
- Shrink-wrap finished pallets to prepare them for storage or shipment.
- Perform general production and general labor tasks as needed to support the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all production procedures and safety guidelines while handling products and equipment.
- Assist team members in various stages of the production process, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to be cross-trained on multiple production tasks.
- Experience or comfort with general labor and general production work.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliability in following instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a production worker or in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Experience with packing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping products is an advantage.
- Comfort working with cleaning solutions and related products for the HVAC industry.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team-oriented production setting.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed to support production demands.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a nonclimate-controlled production facility that can be hot during the summer months. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some anticipated overtime available; overtime is not mandatory but offers additional hours for those who are interested. Work is hands-on and physical, involving lifting up to 60 pounds, handling bottles and boxes, and palletizing finished products in an active manufacturing setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
