Job Title: Warehouse Worker General Warehouse Worker | Weekly Pay What You'll Do

• Pick and prepare tires for customer orders and shipments.
• Unload incoming deliveries and stock inventory.
• Use RF scanners to track products and complete warehouse tasks.
• Scan and route products through the warehouse efficiently.
• Learn additional responsibilities such as shipping, customer pickup, packaging, and equipment operation, including future cherry picker use.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or other fast-paced work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs when needed.
• Comfortable using warehouse technology, including RF scanners.
• Strong attendance, flexibility, and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety.

Schedule & Environment Work in a modern 139,000-square-foot warehouse with a casual dress code and supportive team atmosphere. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed to complete daily operations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
