Key Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level mechanical assembly according to work instructions
- Install hardware components such as screws, washers, and nuts
- Follow build documentation and assembly procedures
- Perform pull tests to verify assembly integrity
- Use torque tools and other hand tools to meet specifications
- Complete basic wiring tasks as required
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use small hand tools safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of wiring
- Ability to follow written instructions and build documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic

Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday
- 5:45 AM to 3:15 PM
- Every other Friday: Additional 8-hour shift

- Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility

- Use of hand tools, torque tools, and wiring equipment
