Responsibilities:
- Manage order entry, routing, dispatching, and logistics coordination to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipments, communicate load status updates to customers, receivers, drivers, and account managers, and resolve delivery issues.
- Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, provide routing instructions to drivers, and verify load information for accurate processing.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damages, while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
