Bulk Loader/Unloader

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bulk Loader/Unloader to join our team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading bulk materials efficiently and safely, ensuring timely processing and handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload bulk materials from trucks, railcars, or storage containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during loading and unloading operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation related to bulk shipments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in bulk loading/unloading or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
