The Arcs philosophy of growth and learning for all individuals. - Support members in daily living activities and personal hygiene. - Implement and document member objectives and behavioral plans. - Help plan and implement healthy menus. - Administer and document medications and assist with medical appointments. - Perform housekeeping. - Provide safe transportation and handle members\' personal funds responsibly. - Follow emergency procedures and shift change protocols. Requirements: - Flexible working hours, at least 18 years old. - Obtain and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. - Valid Arizona Driver\'s License with a clean driving record. - Pass drug and alcohol testing. - Pass Background Check. - Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 35 lbs. - Ability to handle potentially volatile situations with restraint and self-control.
