Possessing a high regard for confidentiality is of utmost importance. - Must possess time management and organizational skills, be detail orientated and able to multi-task. - Be self-motivated, self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. - Must have strong computer skills including experience in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet usage. - Possess good typing and grammatical skills. - The ability to work flexible hours. - Must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Must be fingerprinted and able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. - Must possess a valid Arizona Drivers License. - Must possess and maintain a clean 39-month driving record (no major traffic violations and not more than two minor traffic violations). - Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing. - Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements. - Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs. - DDD/HCBS industry-specific experience preferred.
