We're looking for a motivated, dependable Roofing Technician – Level 1 to join our growing team! This entry-level position will support our Service and Windows departments, assisting with residential roofing repairs, window service, installations, and warranty-related work.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with residential roofing service calls, repairs, and maintenance.
- Support window installation, replacement, adjustment, and repair projects.
- Assist with diagnosing and addressing roofing and window-related issues.
- Perform minor repairs and warranty work under the direction of experienced technicians.
- Help identify leaks, damaged shingles, flashing issues, and window-related concerns.
- Properly handle tools, equipment, materials, and job-site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide a positive customer experience.
- Follow established installation procedures, safety standards, and company expectations.
- Work alongside senior technicians to develop technical skills and expand product knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or a related trade is a plus.
- Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and construction materials.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at various job sites.
- Ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and at various heights while following proper safety procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently when appropriate and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous residential roofing repair or service experience.
- Exposure to residential window installation or replacement.
- Familiarity with roofing systems, flashing, sealants, and window components.
- Experience working in a customer-facing home improvement environment.
