We're looking for a motivated, dependable Roofing Technician – Level 3 to join our growing team! This is an advanced technical role for someone with strong residential roofing experience who can independently diagnose roofing issues, perform complex repairs, and deliver high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, understands residential roofing systems, and knows how to provide homeowners with a professional and positive experience.

What You'll Do:

• Independently diagnose and repair residential roofing issues.
• Perform advanced roof repairs involving shingles, flashing, valleys, ridge caps, vents, and other roofing components.
• Identify and troubleshoot roof leaks, water intrusion, and underlying roofing deficiencies.
• Inspect residential roofing systems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Complete service and warranty repairs while maintaining company quality standards.
• Evaluate roof conditions and communicate findings and recommended solutions to homeowners.
• Document completed repairs, job-site conditions, and materials used.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent King Quality Roofing with professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on residential roofing experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.
• Proven ability to independently diagnose and complete complex roofing repairs.
• Strong understanding of flashing, ventilation, leak detection, and water intrusion.
• Experience working on various residential roof types and pitches.
• Ability to safely work at heights, on ladders, and on rooftops.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential roofing repair or service experience.
• Experience identifying installation deficiencies and recommending corrective repairs.
• Familiarity with multiple shingle manufacturers and roofing systems.
• Experience mentoring or training junior roofing technicians.
