Lead discovery and prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Six to ten years of commercial litigation experience, including construction defect matters.
Colorado bar admission, or admission expected within approximately one month.
Demonstrated experience independently managing complex litigation from start to finish, including trial or arbitration experience.
Experience with breach of contract and business tort matters, and taking and defending depositions.
Graduation from an accredited U.S. law school and a law school GPA of at least 3.0.
Experience at a boutique or small-to-midsize law firm is valued.
