The Engineering Supervisor will lead and inspire a team of talented engineers on complex, high-stakes projects. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a diverse group of engineers, helping them grow and excel.
- Lead innovative engineering methods and lead short and long-term strategic planning.
- Deliver top-tier solutions to complex problems, while communicating directly with clients to drive project success.
- Direct challenging engineering tasks, provide expert technical guidance, and shape the direction of major projects.
- Make business decisions that will have a lasting impact on the technical and financial success of organization.
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, PE license
- 10+ years of progressively responsible commercial nuclear experience.
- Prior consulting engineering experience
- Capable of developing plans to deal with the unexpected and evaluating alternate solutions.
- Sense of urgency to deliver results
- Must show confidence in making technical and business decisions.
