About the Role:
We're seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in our senior living communities. As a Caregiver at Terra Bluffs, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while being part of a mission-driven team that values your impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate resident care by assisting with activities of daily living, supporting residents during mealtimes and daily routines, and responding promptly to resident needs and call lights.
- Support a safe and healthy environment by assisting with transfers and positioning residents, maintaining a clean and organized living environment, and monitoring residents' health and behavior.
- Promote engagement and well-being by building positive relationships with residents and families, encouraging resident participation in social and wellness activities, and upholding our mission, values, and care standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and deliver holistic care, attend team meetings and training sessions, and stay current on care practices and community updates.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age to work at Terra Bluffs
- Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred, but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide care with kindness, patience, and respect for residents' dignity and independence
- Dependable and flexible with shift availability (including weekends or holidays as needed)
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift

Schedule:
- Full-Time AM: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Full-Time PM: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Full-Time NOC: 11:00pm - 7:00am
