Housekeeper

Housekeeper FT 8am - 3pm; Tuesday thru Saturday

Job Summary:

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Terra Bluffs, an assisted living and memory care community in Parker, Colorado. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Clean resident apartments and common areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain organized storage areas
• Support resident well-being by maintaining a clean and safe environment, following resident schedules and preferences, and alerting leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs
• Step in to assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs a hand

Requirements:

• 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred, but not required; we'll train the right person!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
• Positive attitude and excellent time management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift; must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely
• Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire
