Position Overview Team members will join one of two customer-facing career paths:Member Services Representative
- Support members with policy, account, and service-related inquiries
- Manage high-volume inbound interactions while delivering personalized service
- Resolve member concerns from initial contact through resolution
Associate Member Advocate (Claims Intake)
- Serve as the first point of contact for members reporting claims
- Gather information and complete claims intake documentation
- Guide members through the starting stages of the claims process
- Provide reassurance and support during challenging situations
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions
- Build trust through empathy, active listening, and professionalism
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting members
- Accurately document interactions and complete follow-up activities
- Resolve member concerns efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure positive outcomes
- Adapt to changing processes and business needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems simultaneously
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance or claims experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday), 2 days remote

- Initial training schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Some Saturdays required throughout the year
