Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) Job Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join a fast-paced customer support team. This role focuses on providing excellent service to clients by managing order processing, communicating order updates, and ensuring customers receive timely information regarding product availability and delivery schedules.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers through email and phone while coordinating with internal teams. Schedule Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM1-Hour Lunch Break

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and updates.
• Process and enter orders received via email, phone, and website submissions.
• Communicate with customers regarding lead times, shipping timelines, and product availability.
• Notify customers of delays, backorders, or changes impacting their orders.
• Handle occasional inbound customer calls related to orders and account inquiries.
• Collaborate with production and internal teams to provide accurate order updates.
• Maintain accurate records and customer communications within company systems.
• Deliver professional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Required

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Previous customer service experience, including retail, hospitality, or office-based customer support roles.
• Strong written communication skills, as the majority of correspondence will be conducted via email.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or order management.
• Prior experience processing customer orders.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.

Work Environment This position operates in a customer-focused environment where approximately 95% of customer communication is handled through email and 5% through phone calls. Team members work closely with customers and internal production teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely updates.
