Title: Forward Deployment Engineer / AI Engineer Overview:Our client is building a newly formed, executive-sponsored AI Transformation organization focused on delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions across the business. This team operates at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, partnering directly with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly bring AI-powered solutions into production. This is not a research role and it is not a platform engineering role. The ideal candidatewill work directly with business partners to solve real-world problems using modern AI technologies, helping drive enterprise AI adoption through measurablebusiness outcomes.Top Skills (Must Haves):
- Strong application development / software engineering experience
- Experience building AI agents from scratch in production environments
- Deep understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, prompt engineering, and context engineering
- Experience with agent orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Skills, Harnesses, Tools, or similar frameworks
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Strong product mindset with experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Python and/or Golang development experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
- Translate vague or ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical architectures
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic workflows
- Develop production-grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs, agents, MCPs, skills, tools, and modern AI frameworks
- Rapidly prototype new AI use cases and validate business value
- Present demos and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with product, program, and engineering teams to drive adoption of AI solutions
- Evaluate multiple technical approaches and determine the most effective implementation strategy
- Support enterprise-wide AI initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and operational improvement
- Establish and promote best practices for AI implementation and delivery

- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
