AI Project Manager

DescriptionMUST HAVES: PM who has worked on AI implementations, IDEALLY ServiceNow NOW ASSISTREMOTE, Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm ESTPOSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Manager will lock arms with companies ServiceNow AI Product Owner to drive the following: PROJECT REPORTING: Perform overall project management activities for internally managed workstreams Create and maintain the project schedule with milestones Capture internal stakeholder progress, risks, and assumptions Facilitate risk management efforts Report on project data points weeklyIMPLEMENTATION PARTNER ONBOARDING: Facilitate vendor resource onboarding and offboarding Facilitate environment access and hardware provisioning for vendor resources Facilitate internal system integration for tools and accelerators Manage ongoing vendor access changesDEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT & FOUNDATIONAL DATA: Coordinate provisioning and preparation of the AI development environment Coordinate instance sync activities around delivery milestones Coordinate foundational data improvements with data owners and stakeholders Gather workstream leader approval on data definitions and changes Escalate environment or data blockers that put the schedule at riskREADINESS & REMEDIATION: Coordinate the technical and knowledge readiness review process across internal teams Assign remediation items to accountable internal owners and track them to closure Escalate remediation capacity shortfalls as a schedule risk Coordinate with the AI Knowledge and Response Quality Lead so readiness findings flow into a single backlogCHANGE MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL ADOPTION: Coordinate change management efforts across regions Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and internal communications delivery Coordinate HR workforce impact efforts Track training material updates to completionSECURITY, LEGAL & COMPLIANCE COORDINATION: Schedule and host compliance checkpoints with internal stakeholders Manage action items from checkpoints through to closure Track ES Data activities that may affect the project Escalate unresolved compliance items that gate a releaseSkillsProject management, Agile, Stakeholder management, Program management, Implementation, Project coordination, ServiceNow, AI, Project Manager, programme management, Now Assist, Service management, Pmp certification, Pmp, Ms projectTop Skills DetailsProject management,Agile,Stakeholder management,Program management,Implementation,Project coordination,ServiceNow,AI,Project Manager,programme management,Now AssistAdditional Skills & QualificationsProgram ManagementExperience LevelExpert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
