A Day in the Role:Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and voicemailsAssist customers with product questions and order inquiriesTrack shipments and provide delivery updatesResearch and resolve customer concerns regarding products, services, and ordersProcess customer orders and catalog requestsUpdate customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the order managementsystemDocument customer interactions and follow-up activitiesCollaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needsDeliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:2+ years of Customer Service experiencePrevious Contact Center or Call Center experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable handling a high volume of calls and emailsAbility to work onsite in Toano, VAMust be available to work Black Friday
