Fast Growing Trees is a rapidly growing, industry leading e-commerce plant nursery where we ship unusual plants right to the consumer’s front door. Our offices are located on our 42-acre nursery where it is an open, laid back environment. We are seeking an energetic and accountable individual to work in our call center.
Our customer care professional position is a seasonal opportunity through the spring and into the summer. The possibility of becoming permanent is possible. As a customer service representative, you would be responsible for taking inbound calls and answering emails in a timely manner. Common questions will consist of shipping times, order status and general product questions.
An interest and basic knowledge of horticulture and gardening is helpful, but not required. We will provide you with training and proper tools to be successful. Employees must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond positively to daily challenges. Must be able to work evenings and weekend shifts.
Customer Service Functions:
Listens and responds appropriately to customer complaints while providing solutions. Responds to customer questions and requests, concerning plants and products. Effectively documents customer interactions. Provides customer education on plants and products. Notifies team leads of issues that arise when appropriate.
Customer Service Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years customer care experience required.
Superior customer relations skills is a must. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask is essential. Must be available to work some Saturdays.
