Job Title: Sr. Level UAM Engineer Location: Lorton, Virginia Type: Contract Compensation: $96.95 Per Hour Work Model: Onsite Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Responsibilities
- Support the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
- Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
- Ensure all coverage gaps are resolved.
- Help the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates.
- Support all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
- Support training as directed by the customer to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and (8)+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (6)+ years of prior relevant experience
- Prior leadership responsibilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports
- Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholders
- Experience with EverFox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platform
- Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management
- Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms
- Experience with Everfox or other similar High Speed Guard Platforms
