Shift: 2nd shift 4pm-12am Monday-Friday
Job Description
- Manage complete medical intake process to ensure a seamless transition into treatment
- Complete all nursing shift duties.
- Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication accurately logging medication
- Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams for total coordination of care
- Ensure complete, timely and accurate medical documentation

Qualifications
- Current LPN license for Indiana
- Current CPR card
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Compassionate and dignified character which models recovery principles
