Description Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer, is looking for a Production/Machine Operator to support the Production team. In this role, you will work across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, and familiar with quality control. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with excellent technical skills.
Day shift (8:00 AM start time) and second shift (2-3:00 PM start time) positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist at production stations where needed
- Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery
- Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
- Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products
- Assist with other production duties as needed

Requirements
- Proficient technical skills; comfortability with technology and automated systems
- Ability to safely lift 75+ lbs
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or a production environment
- CNC experience is valued, though not a requirement
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
- Experience with safety protocols, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly within dynamic, team-oriented environments
- Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
