Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred not required
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or production line work is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented attitude required.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, walking, and material handling throughout the workday.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work safely while meeting productivity expectations.
Job Duties
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Pack products for shipment according to company standards.
- Assist with production line operations and material movement.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Move, organize, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Support additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities.
